It was a nice place in it's day just a little dated perfect for young families though and convient.
This isn't a Gay friendly hotel the reception area was supprised when I told them I wanted a king bed for me and my partner and they aske was I sure, and the room had a strange smell when we walked in and was very humid i'm sure because it was poolside.
Raj was most helpful in straightening out the dates of stay. Somehow, I managed to book a room for incorrect dates and with his help, I was able to change dates to correct ones and there was no penalty for doing this. The folks at Booked.net and Raj worked together and kept me advised and it all got straightened out perfectly.
I liked everything about this stay. Again, thank you Raj for your help.
My daughter and grand baby were there for my sons deployment. We were impressed so was my son. He came over with his family to swim. It was really nice. There was a large area by the pool, open area. That could have a indoor play area. We had to take little ones to the park. Other than swimming an TV nothing for kids. But out all around experience was GREAT. We will definitely stay again when we visit and will recommend. The staff was very friendly. Thanks
Since its family oriented it could use a in door play area for small children. TV and swimming was not enough to do for a 14 month old. We did find a park.
Needed a little cosmetic touches but had my top 3 requirements! I felt very safe! The staff was extremely polite and helpful! Everything was very clean!
This was a great hotel! I did see negative reviews regarding cleanliness and decor but I'm assuming this was before the remodel. Were there some things that could have been Painted better? Yes. Did that affect my stay? No. There was an indoor Pool and an amazing breakfast that was complimentary every morning. The beds and pillows were really comfy and our accomadations were very clean. This isn't the plaza, so don't expect luxury, but you get what you pay for and this was a great value and had great features. I would definitely stay here or reccomend it.
I liked that the staff was very friendly. I was by myself with my ten-week- old and two-year-old, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. When seeing me trying to juggle my kids and all my luggage, staff members always asked if they could help me with my bags. I also liked that they had an indoor pool with waterslide.
As a mother of young children, my first concern was safety. Upon arrival I noticed a young woman loitering outside the hotel, talking on a cell phone and peeking into windows. Later that evening I went to the mall, and when I came back, she was still there, several hours after my arrival, still peeking in windows and talking on her phone. There is a bar inside the hotel, and I could hear people coming out of the bar and yelling profanities as late as ten o'clock at night. The pool was in the center of the hotel right outside the rooms, and the gate is only locked when the pool is closed, so mothers with young children need to keep a close eye on them to be sure they don't escape the room as they could easily drown themselves. Also, since the pool was not contained in a separate area, the hotel in general felt very musty, and on several occasions I wondered if there was mold present in our room.
For the price, one of the better hotels I have stayed at! Very clean, staff was friendly, good hot breakfast!
My children loved the pool and the slide for the pool. They had a blast The staff were friendly.
We did not like the smell of the room. As soon as you opened the door to the room the smell which was not pleasing to me but may have been to others took your breath away. My children even complained about the smell. It was like they were trying to cover up smoke or some other smells to which I don't want to think about. My first instink was to leave but the room wasn't nasty and if you could deal with the smell then it wasn't horrible. We had gotten in late and didn't want to drive around looking for another hotel. It was an older hotel and of course needed some more updating. We came in for a funeral so it was ok for what we needed it for. We will not stay there again because of the smell of the room.
The room itself was great-clean and comfortable. It wasn't a luxury hotel, but certainly a better room than I can normally find for the price. Also, the indoor pool is amazing...the slide looked like great fun, and my coworkers couldn't stop talking about it.
There were some small isssues, but not all were the fault of the hotel. One was an awful smell that came up at night from the water treatment plant nearby, and the other was that twice, someone knocked on my door for "help". Once for a ride, and once for gas money. Again I say, these were bot the fault of the hotel itself, and I understand that. The smell never got into the room, and I felt very safe. When I reported the people coming to my door, I know that security was sent around to check, and when I first called about the smell, they sent someone around to make sure it was the water treatment issue and not something they could fix. The only issue that the hotel was responsible for was that the treadmill in the fitness center did not work. I chose this hotel because of the fitness center, and I was pretty disappointed that the main machine I use wasn't working.
the room was old the sate
We went to clarksville Tn for The Brewer family reunion. And chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. I was a bit disappointed because the pool was down and it was 100 degrees plus. The manager did say he was working on getting it fixed. Which he did. We had a total of 4 rooms. The manger asked if he could order us pizza. He ordered 5 pizzas for us. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great. I will stay there again. The price was just right. Thank you Jackie Brewer

I'm happy with it all.
Clean, quiet, comfortable
They are obviously working to update the property. Somethings were not up to standard, but I am sure it will be great when they get done.
Nice hotel...good facilities...very friendly and helpful front desk girl.
Didn't realize it eas so far from I-24 or would not have gone there. Good hotel though
Under renovation, my room was great 2 full rooms with a jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms very clean, just the common areas were dirty and the breakfast was held too early to take advantage of but the price was great 50 bucks a nite.
The common areas were dirty
